The MyNCR Atleos Dashboard is your personalized homepage after logging into the MyNCR portal. It provides quick access to key tools, real-time data, and account-specific features based on your permissions.

Dashboard Overview

Think of the dashboard as your control center. It is made up of individual sections called portlets, which are interactive tiles that display information or allow you to perform specific actions—like viewing users, managing invoices, or accessing support applications.

Each user’s dashboard can look different depending on the portlets they've added or removed. You can fully customize it based on your needs.

What You’ll See on Your Dashboard

Common portlets available on the dashboard include:

• Manage Customers – lets you view and manage your linked customers
• Manage Users – provides visibility and tools for user creation and profile management
• Applications – displays shortcuts to the apps you have access to
• Messages – shows messages and notifications from MyNCR Admins
• Invoices and Disputes – lets you view invoices and dispute activity if you have invoice access
• Orders – view your last 50 orders and download detailed data

Customizing Your Dashboard

You can add or remove portlets to tailor your dashboard. For example, if you frequently manage users, you may want to keep the Manage Users portlet visible at all times. Here's how to add or remove portlets:

1. Click the Add/Remove Portlet button at the top of your dashboard.
2. Use the "+" button next to a portlet you want to add, or click the "x" to remove a portlet.
3. When done, click Done to save your changes.
